educational and research levels within the School of Chemical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).<\/p><p>As an independent research unit, it participates in research and innovation projects, focusing on environmental issues related to energy use and the management of environmental resources.<\/p><p>The unit has coordinated and participated in a large number of research projects and educational activities in collaboration with institutions from European and Mediterranean
